ok, I am placing this here not as some self serving monument as much as a way for me to visually track what is off my to do list and help motivate myself in the future when I need it and a few other reasons. I do not (DO NOT) plan to lock this topic because it is something that I am doing as a regular user, I hope you all will respect my wishes and not post to this thread.
there may be other graphics that have been accepted but not added to the game at this time. As things make their way into the editor I will update this thread.
the first thing i contributed to SMC the stone plinth and filter, fluxy helped me through my early inkscape trials and tribulations as he had some free time to do so at the time thankfully, without this i may have given up.
the graphics for all but one of these are not mine, just the filter which fluxy helped on the plinth was born out of a pre existing graphic from... youngheart80 or fabinius i believe and edited and brought up to date then the stone filter added on top that
while playing one day I saw that the danger sign we had in game was written in English, this was a problem because the game is translated into many languages. I thought about translating the text on the graphic into many languages or... find a way of communicating danger in an international and inter language way. I chose to depict this with the classic skull and cross bones, and it went through many incarnations before resting on the design that made it in game.
an admittedly small contribution is the flame used in darker levels. the flame came from the head on (I believe) fabinius's fire flower creature. I believe some edits were made but I am unsure at this time. The candle/flame was a very old graphic and was due to be changed at any rate.
not sure where the castle door came into play but at some point I realised that none of the doors that we had in game were intimidating enough to be the entrance to a boss level so thus came this large boss door!**

Nibbler is a planned enemy that dwells flat on the ground until maryo gets within striking distance, once this requirement is met the plant snaps shut trying to kill or degrade maryos power status. below is a rough animation to give concept alone in the game he will not jump this way.
