New Level (coming up)

I downloaded a soundtrrack from Castlevania III (Dracula's Curse) as an mp3 and I want to know 2 things:

Should I use this soundtrack?
AND
How do I convert MP3 to OGG?

My upcoming level might use this soundtrack, so I need help.
(Hint: my level's a castle )

Unfortunately, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is copyrighted and you can't just take a song without paying a lot of money to the developer Konami. Anyway, you can create a level for you or risk to get a copyright claim.

If you want to convert your files, you can use several programs, for instance SUPER, which is also a video converter.

I can't just steal music.
I'll have to use something in the game we have.
What music is good for a castle level?
I need an honest opinion.

I think land_3 is good or hyper_1 can be taken, too. But unfortunately we haven't a "typical-of-castle"-music

I seriously think aakburns should get a good castle track into SVN. (the game)
After all, my favorite track I downloaded was problems_awake from aakburns.

But the soundtrack (so far you're right) is from aakburns.
